Had a great stay here, but what made my stay ABSOLUTELY AMAZING was Marco, who works the breakfast/cafe/bar area in the Lounge. Marco is the nicest, kindest, and most professional customer service representative I’ve ever met, especially in the hotel industry. He was so warm, attentive, and amazing. He truly cares about the experience of every guest he sees. I’ll definitely be coming back and will definitely use this location for company meetings etc just based on Marco’s customer service alone. The chefs in the kitchen were also so kind and pleasant. Very grateful!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff, especially Kim, Marco, and Vera, were so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They really made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout my visit. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and made for such a relaxing experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable and inviting place to stay in the area, this is absolutely your best choice. I couldn’t recommend it more!
The service was great and looked like they were in the middle of a remodel. But other then the lobby area no other part of the hotel looked like they were remodeling and it all needed it. The carpet, the wall coverings and lastly the rooms need a full remodel. Decor from when the hotel first opened. And lastly when I walked into the room my TV didn't show my name like other times I've stayed at a Hilton. Also the TV only has basic cable. No Netflix etc very disappointed in that.
Loved my stay here The front desk staff was amazing Kim, Lecreea and Marlen and Eduardo were extremely nice to me and made sure everything about my stay went wondrous. I really appreciate that they were so great to me and the amenities at the hotel are great too!! Thanks for being awesome yall!
We have stayed in this area many a time when our son played in tournaments nearby, but had never stayed here till this weekend. Could not have been more impressed with the staff. To say they were friendly and went over and above would be a great understatement. We dealt with Maria, Marco, Christina, Eduardo and.Lecreea and each was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to take care of whatever we need. I am a business owner and appreciate great customer service when I see it and I saw it here. Kudos to whoever is running this hotel, you are doing a very good job and we will be back.
I had a good experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed to email a document and this scanner wasn’t working. The lady in the front desk emailed it to me from her personal email. That was above and beyond. The only reason they got four stars was because the room was not 100% clean. Nothing too bad but just not up to par.
Good rooms and fantastic service from the 3 nights I was there. Honestly, some of the best people I’ve seen from any Hilton across the country. Marco, Eduardo, and Kim were amazing. Food from the kitchen was great. Only thing that was a “negative” were the shower heads with water pressure/spread.
